Shipping Walt's ships via UPS to U.S. addresses. Shipping, and in some cases shipping and handling, will be applicable to your purchase. Some products on our web site include free shipping. Returns Products purchased online can be returned by the original purchaser in new condition within 10 days of delivery. Before returning a product, please call us to obtain a return authorization number. An original sales receipt is required for returns. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. The item must be returned to us shipping pre-paid via traceable means. All returns are subject to inspection. We will not provide a refund for items altered in any way or not in retail condition. Due to special packaging requirements and UPS repackaging restrictions, adult trikes are non-returnable. Please return products in original packaging to: If you receive a component that is defective, please call us right away to help resolve the situation. If you receive a package that is damaged, refuse delivery and call us right away to inform us of the situation. If contents are damaged upon opening the package, please contact the shipment carrier as soon as possible within 7 business days of delivery to file a claim. Also contact us to inform us of the situation. Keep all contents and packaging until the matter is settled. |
